Netflix's Genius Content Play
Netflix has a genius content play that should be replicated by all big brands. Heck, even small brands should replicate it.
They have tons of YouTube channels covering a certain niche like Jokes or Behind The Scenes, a certain country like India, Japan, Korea, and Spain, or a certain continent like Asia or Africa.
1. By Genre
A. Netflix Is A Joke
It has 4.18M subscribers and 3.1K videos.

This strategy is phenomenal. You can chop up new content all the time and reuse it.
Since Netflix anyways has a huge content library, they can use this massive library to create more content which generates flywheel to get more subscribers to Netflix itself.
They can even re-use videos by changing a few bits and parts in a video so that YouTube's AI Algo doesn't find it to be similar content.
Netflix isn't the only one employing this strategy. Smaller brands like Jenni AI (SaaS) and Tabs Chocolate (E-Commerce Product) do the same thing on TikTok.
There is a good reason they do this. On most big social platforms now, followers don't really matter other than the initial content boost they give. What matters is the quality of content. So a smaller account can get millions of views if they post quality content.
So if you have 100s of accounts, you essentially increase your chances of blowing up on socials. Earlier, you could invest all your energy into one account because you knew that once you reach influencer status, all your posts will be shown to a majority (around 40-50%) of audience. Now this isn't the case on most TikTok-like platforms, namely X.

One recommended video on The Ultimate Productivity HACK!
This video is by one of my favorite creators Jason Fladlien, nicknamed as "the quarter billion dollar webinar man", who gave away his secrets on how to increase your productivity by having small achievable deadlines.
He holds the record for all-time biggest launch in the Internet Marketing space ($57.9 million) as well as the record for most commissions generated as an affiliate in a product launch ($9.8 million in 8 days) so he knows what he is talking about.
There are 3 types of people:
Those who do
Those who teach
Those who can both do and teach
Jason Fladlein falls in the 3rd bucket.

I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week.
I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months.

The best copywriters are known to use customers words in their copy. That stands out.
"Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now.
Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop:
Get new users π₯
Learn to know them with the onboarding form π¬
Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding π
And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months" ~ Nico Jeannen
