ChapterMe's Smart YouTube Chapter Play

YouTube released YouTube Chapters feature in 2020.

"The YouTube chapter feature is a way to add timestamps to your YouTube videos. Once you add in chapters, viewers can hover their mouse over your video and be presented with said chapters. Viewers can then click on a chapter and jump to that part of the video."

This YouTube chapter feature is great for SEO as well as viewer retention. Most people actually watch more of the video rather than less thanks to Chapters.

ChapterMe Idea was born after boring 3 hour podcast

Manual solutions would require a lot of time and $200+ for a 3 hour podcast. If you consider hiring someone cheap, it would still require $100 minimum.

With GPT-3, the price and effort to create video chapters reduces to 10x more.

ChapterMe solves a great problem for YouTubers.

You get more views due to it and Chapters appear in search results as well.

Now, a human can never create a superior SEO strategy than AI due to time and money constraints as AI can probably think of many chapters in a single 1-minute frame. Look at the timestamps 02:16 and 02:27.

ChapterMe YouTube Chapters appear in Search Results on Google

And their marketing strategy is brilliant.

ChapterMe Comment on YCombinator YouTube Channel

They comment on every YouTube video of their customer so their audience knows about their product.

Guess what other YouTubers watch? Ofcourse, YouTube. Either to study to emulate or for fun.

Every comment includes Powered by ChapterMe for a reason so people search for it.

Ironically, that's how I found out about the product while watching a YCombinator video on their YouTube channel.

These kinds of products are brilliant. They are one-and-done SaaS. There's not many features they have too offer so its just a marketing game now. This is as passive as it gets.

A marketplace to Find Group Buy Software For Your Favorite SEO Tools

Group Buy Expert is a marketplace to find Group Buy Solutions for your favorite SEO Tools.

As tools like Ahrefs and Semrush get ridiculously expensive, there are big SEO enthusiasts who use these Group Buy Tools or use Fiverr/Upwork to get quality keywords for SEO on cheap.

Beware as they have a particular number of uses per month. But a great and cheap way to use the SEO Tools with the biggest SEO data in the market.

This video covers $10m B2B Lead Generation Guide.

The fastest way to make a lot of money in the least amount of time is to do B2B. Either B2B Agency or B2B SaaS. Both enable you to charge anywhere from $2k-$10k per month so you only need like 20-100 clients to get to $100k per month.

The problem comes with churn as most businesses fail. And the solution is to work with people who are already winners & provide them with essential service. Remember, Alex Hormozi doesn't work with all businesses for $200m per year Acquisition.com portfolio. He only works with businesses that have proven a minimum of $3m per year (now $1m per year) revenue.

All successful agencies do the same thing. The easiest way to guarantee victory is to work with the strongest businesses with proven delivery. You can start with everyone to get clients and get choosy over time once you've proven your competence.
