Micro-Hack To Get Replies From Influencers
Influencers, with their massive followings and constant bombardment of messages, often overlook collaboration requests.
Most joint venture (JV) or affiliate messages fall on deaf ears, making it difficult to get noticed.
Jared faced this exact problem years ago while trying to connect with a fitness influencer Zyzz who had hundreds of thousands of followers.
Despite repeated attempts to reach out, Jared's efforts went unnoticed.
All of Jared's initial attempts to reach Zyzz were unsuccessful. He tried several methods:
Regular Email Outreach: Jared sent multiple emails with proposals, hoping to grab Zyzz's attention. After 3 or 4 messages went unanswered, it was clear this approach wasn't working.
Nightclub Visits: In a more unconventional effort, Jared visited a nightclub where Zyzz was known to appear. Unfortunately, Zyzz wasn't there, leaving Jared back at square one.
Multiple Follow-Ups: Despite repeated follow-ups, Jared still received no response.
The turning point came when Jared decided to take a bold step. Abandoning the ineffective methods, he crafted a simple but effective email that changed everything.
Money-First Approach
Jared offered Zyzz $100 just to listen to his idea. The subject line of the email read: "I'll give you $100 just to listen to my idea."
Jared kept the email body short and sweet: "I've got a business idea for you. I'll pay you $100 upfront to listen. Call me: [number]".
This approach accomplished several things:
Demonstrated Commitment: Offering money upfront showcased my seriousness and willingness to invest in the opportunity. It wasn't just another generic pitch.
Created Curiosity: The unconventional nature of the offer piqued Zyzz's interest, prompting a quicker response.
The email didn't delve into the details of the idea. Instead, it focused solely on securing the initial conversation. This shift from pitching an idea to demonstrating commitment was key in getting a response.
Within 15 minutes of sending the email, Jared received a phone call from Zyzz.
Successful 5-Figure Launch Day
Once they connected, they agreed on a 50/50 partnership. Their product, "Zyzz's Bodybuilding Bible," earned five figures on its first day, crashing the website due to high traffic.

In 18 months, the product generated six figures, despite being heavily pirated.

Seek the confrontation. Elon Musk does this in his companies.

It's shocking how many people think clients don't pay $30K-$50K+ for MVPs.
Low range for someone extremely good is $9-15K for a basic but well-executed MVP.
Yes, majority will never get more than $1-5K.
There's value at every range. Find yours and become the best there.

You can charge more money for the same work if you change the customer. Some companies have paid $300,000 for a logo.

Beware the incentives.

On dates with an odd number, the odd plates could drive.
