All the farms are in 3rd-world countries because the purchasing power is low so you can literally manually do things.
Right now, there are fully automated short-form video farms. Mega-opportunity here to repliace a farm like above now that AI Video is cheap.

Cute little guide on talking to your customers. Find the power-users, give them product for free in exchange for feedback, and get the insights. Ironically, TikTok did this using WeChat groups I think.
Useful in any product whether it's ecomm, mobile app, newsletter, or a SaaS.

What are the best examples of media companies who have used "negative CAC" to build big businesses outside of advertising?

#1 rule in advertising: outlast everyone.
Negative CAC allows you to do that.
The people who have to pay $100 for a customer need to have a product that charges $101+ to make a profit.
But if someone can acquire a customer for $10, then they only need to sell a $11 product to make a profit.
If they have a budget of $1000 for paid ads, the first scenario only gets 10 customers while the second one gets 100 customers. And if the second one has a higher LTV of say $5000, then they can afford to have CAC cost more.
