First to Channel
When a new channel appears, exploit it before it gets saturated.
When Facebook Apps were launched, video game developer Zynga created Farmville.
Farmville was an Adobe Flash Gaming App on Facebook. Within 4 days of launch, it got over 1 million daily active users (DAU) and made nearly $30m in 6 months.
This was until Facebook closed that loophole.
TikTok, previously known as Musically, would often change its App Store Description every week to rank on the App Store under New Apps.
This was a loophole in iOS App Store but it worked for a long time until Apple caught it.
Twitter went for years with the loophole of comment below engagement hack and I'll send you a DM.
Owen Bulk Web Scraping Guy using Comment Engagement Hack
It still works to some extent but the novelty wore off for users. Its the law of shitty clickthroughs at play here.
Currently, TikTok Shop is doing the same for affiliates making over $10k per month.
Even Substack grew on top of Twitter but now if you mention Substack links, it immediately kills your reach.
Other platforms like TikTok are following the suit so you can't mention YouTube. You can mention "YT" and get away with it.
Most TikTok users have their own lingo now. For example, you can't mention murder or "gun" on TikTok so creators creatively came up with a solution. They now use "unalived" and "pew pew" instead.
So when you find a loophole in a channel, exploit it to infinity before it gets mainstream and the platform itself closes it.
Hat Tip to Jason Crawford for writing this wonderful post on The Real First Mover Advantage.

A tool to Send X DMs automagically
XReacher allows you to send 100s of DMS/day to your targeted prospects on autopilot.
If you have been getting bombared on X with DMs, know that marketers are using this tool.
Its so easy to send DMs on X.
Exploit the channel before this loophole is closed.
The good thing about Elon Musk culling X staff is that they can't close these loopholes fast.
The smaller the team, the easier it is to game until AI gets used heavily for moderation. Then all we have to do is find a way to bypass AI-detection. Hard but doable.
One recommended video on How to 10x Your Business Overnight with Influencers
This video explains how you can essentially use influencers to blow up 10x with your business.
It is THE GUIDE to follow on Influencer Marketing.
I recommend everyone to use influencers in their first business to get your 1st big win.
It just needs to be the right one. But if it works, you make millions.

Bad luck exists but you gain nothing if you believe in it.
I like the frame "Everyone is lucky except you. So go work 10x harder."
Rabbit Holes
Stan: the $14.7M/year store-in-bio - I have been hearing the buzz against Stan and its quickly exploded in popularity recently. Certainly an amazing business targetting influencers with Gen Z lingo in its name. Maybe a new framework "Use Gen Z lingo to stand out." They do have interesting terms like stan, slay, cap, fam, for real and others.
How I scraped 6 years of Reddit posts in JSON - An interesting data-based research on Reddit data. You'll be surprised to know how many domains don't exist. It goes to show how many businesses fail.
♻️ Belief > Action > Results - "Low belief creates weak action, which almost always creates bad results." Another one, "Whether you think you can, or you think you can't - you're right."
Startup of the day
Val Town is a terrific platform where you can run short snippets of code.
Most people share those on Github Gists or StackOverflow but this code blocks sometimes power entire SaaS or sometimes little one-time products like Zenvoice.
Here's how I'd grow this:
Make successful products like Zenvoice into little sample apps on Val Town. Market it like Next.js does with its examples but you can keep continously launches on directory sites like Product Hunt.
Let people earn money if their items are used so you get more people promoting Val Town. This is similar to Replit but for sample apps.
Until next time,
Your Spells Master!
